Chipotle Tahini DIP!

Who loves CHIPOTLE MAYO? I do, but I don't love eating the additives in mayo on a daily basis. I decided that there must be a way to make a nutritious version, and guess what? There is! I'm thrilled because now I have a dip for my baked sweet potato wedges and I'm so excited! Oh and it is the easiest thing I have ever made - like ever - it is ready in less than 3 mins. 
Ingredients 
2 tbsp tahini
1/2 lemon juiced
1/4 tsp pink Himalayan sea salt
1 tsp water
1 tbsp of chipotle puree (if you can't find this, get one can of adobo peppers, blend it and keep in a glass jar in the fridge for 2 months)

1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix together with a spoon until ingredients are well combined. 

2. Enjoy with your next fries, burger or veggies.
